Do I need to be an Icon Exchange member to use the app?
No. It can be used for managing credentials by anyone.
How do I sign up for the app?
You can download the app from Google Play, the Apple app store, or as a web app. Then you’ll need an email and some background information such as your contact information, CV and areas of expertise.
What format do my documents need to be in?
Documents should be in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Most camera phone formats will be accepted. Microsoft Word is not accepted; it is recommended to convert the file to PDF to upload.
Is the app secure?
Yes. We use a multi-layer, cloud-based security.
