The Icon Exchange Story
Icon Exchange is a staffing agency dedicated to making working in healthcare easier.
We take a people-first approach to everything we do. From personalized attention to providing the right resources, we understand and have simplified the processes so we can be an effective staffing partner. We are known for cultivating long-term relationships with our providers and facilities, which has successfully attracted and placed top-tier talent nationwide.
Starting off as locum tenens, we experienced the challenges of medical staffing firsthand and realized what was missing from the equation - the human element. When facilities and staff were treated as individuals, things seemed to go right. Everyone was happier, including the patients.
We realized we were more effective assisting with the job placements than working the jobs for ourselves. Over the course of the next few months, we successfully filled ad-hoc roles through a few anesthesia facilities in New England, focusing heavily on customer service. We grew at a rapid pace and formally started offering our services locally under the name Icon Anesthesia, which is still in operation today as an anesthesia staffing company.
Currently, we are taking the next step in our journey known as Icon Exchange, a new healthcare staffing company offering a more personalized way to work in the healthcare industry by taking our people-first approach beyond New England and including more specialties.
Working with us you get bedrock support services for the locum lifestyle and one-on-one assistance from our recruiting experts. We frequently add new positions and expand relationships with healthcare facilities.
